How long does delivery take?

Standard stock items are dispatched from the UK and typically arrive within a few working days. Custom 3D printed signage is made to order — lead times are confirmed on your quote before production begins.

Do you offer bulk discounts for schools?

Yes. Every product has tiered bulk pricing built in, with automatic discounts at 10+, 25+ and 50+ units. Whole-school quotes are available on request via https://think3d.ltd/quote.

Can signs be personalised with our school name and logo?

Yes. Door name plates, school logo signs and custom signage can be personalised with your school name, class names, logo and brand colours. Upload artwork on the product page or via https://think3d.ltd/custom.

Are your products made in the UK?

Yes. All Think3D 3D printed signage and classroom accessories are designed and manufactured in the United Kingdom.

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Think3D website and the purchase of products from Think3D Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Prices are confirmed at the point of order. Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product, particularly for customised items.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will confirm your order via email. Schools and educational institutions may request invoiced payment terms via our quote process. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Online payments are processed securely via Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our servers — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Consumer Terms. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All transactions are in GBP (£). You will receive an email confirmation once your payment has been successfully processed.

4. Custom & Personalised Products

Customised products are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or materially different from what was agreed. Please check all personalisation details carefully before placing your order. We will provide a proof for approval before production where applicable.

5. Delivery

We deliver across the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Standard delivery is typically 5–10 working days. Custom products may take longer. We will notify you of any significant delays. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

For non-customised products, you may return unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us at hello@think3d.ltd to arrange a return. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Bulk Orders & School Accounts

We offer tiered bulk pricing for schools and educational institutions ordering in larger quantities. Discounted pricing is applied automatically at checkout based on the quantity ordered and the applicable price tier displayed on each product page.

Schools may request a formal quote for bulk or bespoke orders via our quote request form. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Orders placed against an accepted quote must reference the quote number.

School account payment terms (e.g. payment on invoice, purchase order numbers) are available on request and subject to approval. Standard school account payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date. We reserve the right to withdraw credit terms at any time if payment obligations are not met.

Bulk orders for customised products may be subject to minimum order quantities. Lead times for bulk and customised orders will be confirmed at the time of quotation or order acknowledgement.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, text, images, and logos, is the property of Think3D Limited and is protected by UK intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission. By uploading a school logo for customisation, you confirm you have the right to use that logo.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Think3D Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
